MHS also maintains its Best Managed Platinum Club member status for over a decade strong.
MHS’ decade-plus run as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies reaffirms its industry-leading performance, global business practices, and sustained growth and resilience, having received the prestigious 2025 Canada’s Best Managed Companies award, presented by Deloitte Canada.
“Everything we do is thanks to a team who cares about the solutions we provide, and the people we lead,” said John Clarke, CEO of MHS. “Receiving the prestigious 2025 Canada’s Best Managed Companies award and holding onto our Platinum Club member designation reaffirms a commitment to our organization and the communities we serve to create a positive impact.”
Now in its 32nd year, Canada’s Best Managed Companies program awards excellence in private Canadian-owned and managed companies. To attain the designation, companies are evaluated on their leadership in the areas of strategy, culture and commitment, capabilities, innovation governance and financial performance. MHS is fortunate to be among other Platinum Club members who have maintained their Best Managed status for seven years or more.

Canada’s Best Managed Companies is one of the country’s leading business awards programs recognizing innovative and world‑class businesses. Every year, hundreds of entrepreneurial companies compete for this designation in a rigorous and independent evaluation process. Applicants are evaluated by an independent panel of judges with representation from program sponsors and special guests.
The 2025 cohort of Canada’s Best Managed Companies shares a common thread of people-first culture and leadership, effective ESG strategies, and new digital technology adoptions to improve their operations.
“The spirit within our Canadian business sector is energizing, and the companies in the Best Managed program are well-positioned to adapt to today’s evolving economic environment,” said Derrick Dempster, national co-leader of Canada’s Best Managed Companies program and partner at Deloitte Private. “These companies show national pride by supporting our people and communities and using resources right here at home. Diversification beyond our borders is also important to them, as they explore opportunities to grow investment and elevate Canada’s presence in the international marketplace.”
