Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS) policies for account credit and token/use expiration can be found below.
Account credit, provided by MHS to be used towards future purchases of any MHS published product, is valid for one (1) year from date of issue, after which time, the credit will become null and void. Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable or transferable.
Tokens or uses purchased for Products will not expire as long as the account remains active. The tokens or uses will expire and revert to MHS if there has been no account activity for one (1) year.
DISCLAIMER – DISCONTINUATION OF TOKENS, VALUE OR USES: MHS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE VALUE OF TOKENS (I.E., THE NUMBER OF TOKENS REQUIRED TO PURCHASE A PRODUCT) AND THE PRICE OF TOKENS (I.E., THE AMOUNT IN LEGAL CURRENCY REQUIRED TO PURCHASE AN INDIVIDUAL TOKEN) AT ANY TIME.
SHOULD MHS BUSINESS NEEDS, MODEL, AND PRACTICES MIGRATE AWAY FROM THE USE OF TOKENS OR USES FOR PURCHASE, MHS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISCONTINUE AND TERMINATE THE USE OF TOKENS OR USES. IN THE EVENT OF THE DISCONTINUATION OF TOKENS OR USES ANY PURCHASED TOKENS OR USES, SHALL BE CONVERTED TO AN ACCOUNT CREDIT WHICH MAY BE USED TOWARDS THE FUTURE PURCHASE OF ANY MHS PRODUCT.
Should MHS business needs, model and practices migrate away from the use of tokens for purchase, MHS reserves the rights to discontinue and terminate the use of tokens. Any tokens held by you in the event of discontinuation of tokens, shall be converted to a credit toward the purchase of any MHS product.
