Ordering FAQ

MHS provides several convenient ordering options, including phone, fax, online, email, or mail.

The MHS online catalog gives you the ability to order any of our products 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and offers the benefit of being directly linked to our warehouse, so you can be sure that the product you are ordering is in stock. To begin ordering online, choose the items you wish to purchase and proceed through the online checkout process. This process will allow you to create a customer account that can be used for purchasing products online, anytime you need them.

If it is your first time purchasing through the online catalog, you will be asked to create an online ordering account before you complete the checkout process. You can also create an account in advance; please click here to access your options for account set up. You will receive confirmation that your account has been created within one business day of the receipt of your information.

If you do not currently have an account with MHS, or you have an account but have not had an email address and password assigned to you in order to purchase online, please click Register to set up your online account.
If the above options do not suit your needs, please contact us.

For more information contact the Research and Development Department.

Effective January 2005, U.S. Customs and Border Protections issued a new requirement stating that the vendor (MHS) must provide the consignee’s (customer) Federal Tax ID number in the form of an Employer Identification Number (EIN) or Social Security Number (for individuals only) for all orders that exceed $1999.99 (US). This is why MHS requires the information to process certain orders.

You are required to use over-the-ears headphones. The headset must have stereo sound, and the left and right ears need to be clearly marked. The headphones should not be entirely sound-proof because the administrator will be required to deliver verbal instructions while demonstrating the sounds to the respondent before the practice trials. In addition, it is important that you conduct the assessment in a quiet setting without distractions.

Due to compatibility issues between Windows 10 and some audio drivers, users may experience audio issues when administering the Conners CATA. A software patch for the Conners CATA is being created to resolve this issue. In the meantime, we recommend using Windows 10 compatible USB over-the-ears stereo headphones, with Left-Right labels, when administering the test. Please contact [email protected] if you have any questions.
