Designed from a systems perspective, Paper Planes, Inc.® is a simulation focusing on teamwork, collaboration, organizational effectiveness, silos, engagement and customers/service.

- One-on-one coaching with Master Trainer
- Access to the MHS’ Talent Assessment Portal (TAP)
Completion of this program will allow you to begin using the simulation comfortably and confidently. You will be able to:
- Explain the physical setup and the structure of the simulation
- Facilitate Role Training, the Three Runs, and the Debrief
- Apply successful facilitation practices
