Many factors determine our ability to use our emotional intelligence (EI), which we believe to be a major factor often overlooked in understanding our emotional quotient (EQ). Our beliefs and perceptions of reality are shaped by the way we are raised and the environment we grow up in. So, what can we do if our beliefs are acting as barriers to becoming more intelligent about emotions?

Join David Cory, one of the first MHS training partners and a 26-year veteran of using the Emotional Quotient-Inventory 2.0 (EQ-i 2.0®) and EQ 360® with global leaders, as he delves into our core beliefs about emotions, leadership, relationships, and gender, and reveals how these beliefs can profoundly enhance or hinder our effectiveness as leaders and human beings.

At the end of this webinar, you will be able to…

  • Differentiate the MHS Model of EQ from other models.
  • Identify many of the factors that influence EQ-i 2.0 results.
  • Describe how beliefs influence EQ.
