Working in the Age of AI – People Powered
Webinar description:
Used well, AI has the potential to elevate human performance, creativity, and meaning at work. Used poorly, it risks creating workplaces that feel automated, transactional, and uninspiring. And despite all the advances in technology, one truth remains: people want to work with people.
Date: June 11, 2026 @ 10:00 BST
Learning objectives:
- Awareness – Mental Skills in the Age of AI
The real action happens in the interaction between humans and AI. Awareness helps us stay focused, intentional, and thoughtful in how we engage with AI tools rather than becoming passive users of them.
- Compassion – Emotional Intelligence in an AI World
AI can generate insights, but only humans can create connection. Compassion ensures we use AI in ways that help people feel seen, motivated, supported, and engaged.
- Wisdom – Curiosity in the Age of AI
Wisdom allows us to step back and ask better questions and to remain curious and open in the age of uncertainty, allowing us to tap into a growth mindset more often.
Ultimately, AI will either help us build purposeful, collaborative, psychologically safe workplaces — or it will slowly automate trust, meaning, and humanity out of the system.
