The Pearman Personality Integrator has over 1,000,000 unique profiles of personality type, setting a new standard for assessing personality. 

What’s Included in your Certification 

• Pearman Personality Integrator self-assessment and debriefing session with MHS Master Trainer 
• 6 online pre-work modules (~2 hour)
• 16 hours of Trainer-led certification in how to administer, interpret, and use the assessments as a coaching and development tool 
• Access to the online MHS’ Talent Assessment Portal (TAP) to purchase and administer the Pearman assessments and reports 
• Pearman Debrief ppt deck for your customization and use 
• 50 mins post consultation/coaching with a MHS Master Trainer

• Interpreting a Pearman Report 
• Providing meaningful feedback to your clients 
• The science behind the tool ensures the results are reliable and valid 
• Using the results as a starting point for development planning 
• Gaining buy in from stakeholders and organizations regardless of if you are an internal or external consultant 
• Practice giving feedback and interpreting results 

CE Approval Information:  

• 14.5 CE Contact Hours
• Approved ICF CCE Hours: 11.25 Core Competency and 4.25 Resource Development
