Hardiness Resilience Gauge® (HRG™) Certification

Certification Description
Date: March 5, 2025 @ 08:00-10:00 PST
Hardiness Resilience Gauge™ (HRG) Certification Program provides coaches with the skills and knowledge they need in order to administer, interpret, and provide feedback on the HRG assessment. Certification participants will complete the HRG assessment and receive feedback on their personal results as well as learn best practices for delivering results to others.
Become licensed and certified to deliver Hardiness Resilience Gauge® (HRG™) assessments.
Program Structure:
- Register for HRG
- Receive an invite from your trainer to complete your own HRG assessment. Receive an email with username and password to access the MHS Learning Management system.
- Complete eLearning modules in MHS’ Learning Management System.
- Book your 1:1 call with your trainer.
- Return to the MHS Learning Management system to complete the online exam (70% to pass).
CE Approval Information:
- 1.75 CE Contact Hours*
- Approved ICF CCE Hours: 1.00 Core Competency and 0.75 Resource Development
About the Trainer
Dr. Janine Elias is the Founder & President of Elias Institute of Professional Coaching and has a doctorate in educational leadership and a master’s degree in clinical psychology. She specializes in nonclinical trauma reduction, stress management, and building hardy and resilient teams.
