EQ-i 2.0®/EQ 360® Certification

Certification Description
Date: August 28-29, 2025
This certification course, licensed by Multi-Health Systems Inc., will include detailed information and instruction on the administration, scoring, interpretation, development, norming, reliability and validity of the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360. It will provide you with the information you will need to make educated and informed decisions regarding your employees or clients and to form the basis of a sound emotional intelligence skills development program.
Topics will include:
- The history of emotional intelligence/review of various theoretical perspectives on emotional intelligence
- The development of the EQ-i 2.0 and the EQ 360
- How to administer the EQ-i 2.0 and the EQ 360 and to interpret results
- How to give constructive feedback on both the EQ-i 2.0 and the EQ 360
- Ethical use of the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360
- Practice giving feedback and interpreting results

- Personal certification portal account to complete EQ-i 2.0 / EQ 360 pre-work modules and the final exam
- The EQ-i 2.0 assessment and debrief session

About the Trainer
Jeff Drummonds is a Marine Corps Veteran and Leader of Leaders with over 40 years of management and leadership experience. His expertise in leadership has enabled individuals and organizations to overcome their most significant challenges in communication, conflict resolution, teamwork, process improvement, customer satisfaction, and employee retention. Jeff is certified as a Master Trainer for EQ-i2.0 and EQ 360, Certified DISC Human Behavior Analysis Consultant, a Certified Coach & Practitioner in EQi-2.0 and EQ 360 Emotional Intelligence, and a certified facilitator and coach in the values-based leadership philosophy of John C. Maxwell. A graduate of The University of Alabama at Birmingham, Jeff resides in the Greater Birmingham, Alabama area. He serves in his local community and has been happily married to his wife, Cyndi, for 47 years. Together, they cherish the outdoors and enjoy spending time with their four grandchildren.
