As MHS continues to grow so does our selection of offerings for you. We have been meeting with and listening to our assessment users throughout North America and around the world and we continue to build instruments that will apply to their needs. We have also expanded our catalog in areas that you told us were important to you. We value this feedback in guiding our next generation of products.
We continue to see more and more professionals using our online assessments. Once you have experienced the ease and speed of online testing, it becomes harder to go back to paper. Simple reminders can be sent to the client, parents, teachers, or any others who are part of the assessment process. You also never have to worry about incorrect manual scoring of tests or misplaced forms. As many of you have asked for more information about some of our instruments, such as the Conners CPT 3™ and CEFI™, we have developed webinars that provide new insights into these tools. Using the new MHS Learn Center you can earn APA CE credits while learning about many of our tests. Make sure you look at our new Rating Scale of Impairment™ (RSI™) by Dr. Sam Goldstein and Dr. Jack Naglieri. The assessment helps you look beyond the diagnosis to examine actual functional impairment in daily living. Now you can use norm referenced data to gain a much more accurate look at a client’s level of functional impairment. There is exciting news in our Talent Assessment tools as well. Check out the new Pearman Personality Integrator™. For organizational consultants who have had to use unstandardized measures of personality type, there is now a new empirically-driven state-of-the art tool in this area. Another new tool, the Entrepreneur Edge™ can help you identify whether individuals are fit to work for themselves. The Entrepreneur EDGE is also a useful tool for psychology graduate students approaching graduation As you can see, we’ve been very busy here at MHS Assessments building and sourcing more tools that professionals like you have told us you’ve been looking for. Let us know how we’re doing.
Have a great year,

Dear Valued Client,
The world is a rapidly changing place with technology disrupting industries across the spectrum. Despite what some of us would like to believe, Psychology will not be exempt from this. Over the next couple of decades, technological advances will mean that there will be few things that humans can do that technology solutions can’t. The one exception is the truly unique human abilities such as complex problem solving, social skills, emotional intelligence, empathy and civic responsibility. Our challenge as an industry and as professionals is to find the balance between embracing the advances that technology can bring while at the same time providing the human touch that is so key to success in our field.
In line with this philosophy, we like to think that we provide the tools, but you bring them to life. This is very much true of our technology strategy as well. Our aim is to provide you with the very best advances in technology as it relates to assessment and intervention – however, these advances will only be effective if you, the provider, apply your unique human touch in order to bring them to life. Our digital solutions to accessing and delivering assessments are designed to improve your work flow, reduce your costs and offer you flexible assessment solutions. For those of you who have used our digital platforms, we would love to hear your experiences and how they have helped you and your clients. This year MHS is excited to release two new assessments, the Rating Scale of Impairment™ (RSI™), and the Pearman Personality Integrator™ (Pearman™). The RSI measures functional impairment and helps identify specific areas of functional limitation across six life areas. The Pearman sets a new standard for assessing personality with an innovative assessment experience coupled with a deeper look in to the individuality of personality type. We look forward to hearing your experiences with our assessments and working together to continue “helping you help others”. We welcome your thoughts and comments.
