To align our system with your workflow, forms are no longer pre-assigned with form IDs. For your convenience, protocols are now consumed when
results are scored and a report is generated.

Assessment links and reminder emails can now be managed directly through the MHS Online Assessment Center +. Send an assessment link to an off-site client, keep track of incomplete assessment links, and send reminder emails to clients all in one spot.
Access and keep track of your inventory information through your Account Balance (which details the amount of uses available for each assessment purchased) and Usage History (which tracks, by product type, how many forms have been used over a period of time).

When you purchase online forms for the listed products, you will automatically get free access to the MHS Online Assessment Center +. A welcome email will be sent to you that includes a Getting Started and your log-in credentials.
Not at all! When you’re migrated over, all your old data is automatically transferred into the new platform.
Previously, you “used” a form when it was sent to a rater, whether they completed the assessment or not. Now you can send as many forms as you want; a use is only deducted when you generate a report.
Of course! Simply log in to the Online Assessment Center + and select Enter Responses from the Quick Tool list. You can then enter responses using keyboard and immediately generate a report.
