A Swiss-based company, IWG, ran a study back in 2018 and discovered that 70% of people globally work remotely at least once a week. It also found that 53% percent of that same group works remotely for at least half of the week.
We knew that simply posting new meeting rules won’t stick with employees. Our proposed solution was to change the meeting culture by leveraging technology and teaching a new meeting process.
A student may snicker when seeing that the list of jobs recommended includes being a rock star. Another student may feel validated that one of the top recommendations was to be a teacher, a job that they personally were interested in.
